Leg workout

Done with my legs workout and I can say that the pre workout really helped, I felt the pump almost to good and it stayed on for like 3h, I felt kind of shaky from it but I figured out what to do about, I took about 1 liter of water to mix it out with and that made it last longer but it didn't give me as bad shakes after.
My legs are sore and I had shakes after it because I went so hard so I couldn't stand still, love that feeling!
I'm now chilling in the sun at my back side, waiting to go to my cousins.
I drank half a nutrison and ate "emils rulader" with potatoes!
