I have been using Powerlabs demon for about 2 month now, and this is my review.

The enhancement that you get from Powerlabs Demon is insane, you are mentally prepared for the workout, and ever since I started with the Demon my social openness has increased quite a bit. Have it worked then? Hell yes. I have gained about 5-6 kg in a months time and I can see that I haven't increased any fat levels on my body even tho I've been eating around 3000 calories/day.. So I guess that most of it's muscle and water weight added from the creatine in the supplement. I can push about 10-20 kg more in Bench press, Deadlifts, Squats so my overall strength is increasing. You can for sure feel the needle feeling from the beta Alanin but I haven't really tried any other supplement with beta Alanin so it's hard to compare it with anything else, it kicks in after 20 minutes after the intake and keeps going for 30-40 minutes, but I feel that it decreases when I get my blood flowing in my muscles.

The taste doesn't really taste that bad after a weeks of use, you get used to it and you almost want to drink it after awhile. If you mix it bad it tastes like acid vomit, if you do it correctly it tastes more like strong orange juice.

My overall size has gone up, my traps have gotten bigger, my back have gotten wider, my legs has increased in overall size and you can see more contours on them, my arms have become wider. All over my body my veins has started popping out more which really does make me look bigger.
People have started noticing me more at my gym, started talking with me and asking for advice, I guess that's a sign that I've become much bigger and stronger.

The best thing of all is that I can feel the pain the day after the workout which is really good sign that I pushed my self to the limit, it's really hard to achieve that feeling if your not on a Pre-workout supplement such as Demon.

Only side affect I have noticed is that you can have a hard time sleeping if you take it to late
(5-6pm). But if your burned out enough at the night you will fall asleep if you try.

Rating: 4/5
Really good product.

Leg pump

Mad leg workout today, pumped as fuark I pushed 120 kg in squats for 10 reps which is the most that I've ever pushed.
I have gained around 3 kg in just 2 weeks since I started with creatine, and I've also noticed hugh improvements in muscle strength.
Damn I look orange in this picture, haha.
Workout is going great and I felt totally rested from yesterday so I'm now ready for a new week and I'm now also back on my routine schedule which is good.

Making some Gains!

Did Legs today, totally killed it! I almost couldn't walk after I was done since I was so exhausted, so you could really tell it have been a good day!
My cold is getting better, I'm just a bit stuffed in my nose but it's almost over and it all goes away as soon as I start moving. I'm really making gains I have been noticing since I have been taking my weight almost everyday and it seems like I have gained 1,5 kg in just 2 weeks, which in my opinion is allot! And it all started with that pre-workout, damn that must be some good stuff, haha.
Got a 4 day weekend now so I can relax and chill and catch up and finish everything in school which is nice so I don't have to bother that much about it when the school week starts again, and it's only 4 weeks till summer break! I'm so motivated to get loads of gains and improvements till and after the summer, it has only began!
School is really great, somehow my "openness" and I guess my empathy to talk with other people have really increased which is great! I have some speculations why, but I'm not complaining since I have never been this social in my whole life, I can talk to strangers without even caring which I couldn't do before.
Plans for tomorrow, sleep till I wake up, eat breakfast, look at the time, do school work and go pump at gym and just chill for the entire day! Since my parents are out of the house till Friday it's going to be really great.

Exercising out is the best choice in life

Exercising out is the best choice in life
Working out has always been in human nature, at least by moving yourself is a part of being a human and to explore new stuff. People now days, do not focus on working out since they don’t think that they need it. But in the other end of the choice is a way to a healthier lifestyle.  Everyone should be enlightened and knowing that workout is the best choice for yourself.

People have always been moving and exercising just to survive for century’s, but because of the evolution of technology it has made it not necessary for people now days to move and exercise for surviving. The consequences is that the body get fatter if you don’t eat correctly and if you don’t work out fat will start to build on your body and make you less attractive. The more you work out the better you will feel since you will widen your blood veins in your body and give you a stronger hearth and endurance will also be a key to get more focused. It will help you improve and get better in school. And you will also be more socially positive, studies have been showing.

The feeling of success and happiness and focus is not the only positive effects from working out, you will also get more secure in your body and that will make you less shy and it will make you become more social since you don’t have anything to be embarrassed about. But why doesn’t a person realize this? Do they really think that they get happier from not exercising?

For my first point I want to point out is that you basically get healthier from exercising. If you keep exercising your body then your body will burn fat.  A big problem in the world is that more and more people are getting fatter and fatter, since they don’t feel the need to exercise and they eat fast food and they also basically just eat bad carbs and sugars that easily get turned into fat if you don’t exercise enough. People are generally lazy and I don’t think this need to be the case, in the stressful world that we live in most people don’t realize that they need to exercise to stay sane in their head, most people get ill from over working mostly due to their lack of exercise and that they haven’t learned how to relax, working out is also a way to get away from the daily activity and focus on something else which will make it easier for your head to think about something else rather than work.

Furthermore I want to point out that most people get depressed from not looking like the “ideal” body and that they think that they look ugly just because they don’t look like the person at the photos at mall. That is also because they don’t eat right and don’t exercise, they get sad that they don’t look good and complain about that the standards are too high and that the “ideal” body is something unnatural, but that is a wrong statement since they don’t even bother to go to the gym and that they don’t know that they won’t get more attractive when they eat fast food and eat bad sugars, whilst the person that they strive look as, actually works for their body and they know how to eat and how to exercise, that is a thing that everyone should know. And to learn it is not too difficult, they just have to learn how to use the internet, Google or they don’t have the guts to go to the gym and ask a personal trainer that will actually tell you what to do.

As for my third argument I want to say that motivation is the key, to learn how to control your body’s limitations. You got to face yourself in the mirror and tell yourself that you got to reach the goal that you strive for, you have to face the fact that it’s the best choice for your body. It’s a hard goal but you can’t learn how to walk before you know how to crawl. Therefore you have to start taking baby steps, regulate your goals daily or weekly and you will slowly but surely reach your goal. As you progress to your healthier lifestyle. You will also realize that you really had bad habits if you go back, you will actually learn by yourself that by those hours of practicing how to walk you all of a sudden know how to run. You won’t and will no longer be hooked by your bad habits, you are free and you all of a sudden have mastered the act of self-control.

What people have to learn is that they just have to face the fact and do it, what I’ve learned by self-experience is that the only way to start doing something is just by doing it. I’ve had those problems and I always told myself when I couldn’t  move my feet anymore, or that I lacked the motivation of finishing something I had this quote in my head “Just do it”, you know deep inside that you will get better and you know that you will improve.  And when you’re finished you know that you made something just for yourself, that feeling can only be self-experienced.
